What moves over

• Chart of accounts, with your account structure intact.
• Customers and vendors.
• Items.
• Invoices, bills, and payments.
• Journal entries, checks, and deposits.
• Employees, if you run payroll.

Class tracking carries over too, so reports by class keep working. We migrate from QuickBooks Desktop (2015 or later) and from QuickBooks Online.

How a migration works

1. Scope it together. We review your QuickBooks company and agree on what moves and when.
2. Connect QuickBooks. You authorize access to your QuickBooks company. For QuickBooks Online that access is read-only.
3. Migrate and reconcile. Team I.T. loads your data into ERPNext and reconciles balances against QuickBooks.
4. Review and validate. You check the migrated data in ERPNext before relying on it.
5. Disconnect. Access to QuickBooks is removed when the migration is complete.

Hosted and managed for you

• Your own ERPNext site with its own database, not shared with other clients.
• At your own address: a Team I.T. hostname, or your own domain.
• Hosted in the United States on infrastructure Team I.T. manages.
• Updates applied and monitored by Team I.T.
• Automatic, encrypted offsite backups.

What you can run in ERPNext

ERPNext is a full ERP, not just a ledger. Once you’re moved over you can run:

• Accounting and invoicing, including banking and bank reconciliation.
• Financial reports: profit and loss, balance sheet, A/R and A/P aging, and sales tax.
• Month-end and year-end close.
• Payroll and HR: employees, salary structures, payroll runs, and leave.
• Items and inventory.
